Malaise

You wake up in a surreal carnival where everyone hides their face. You’re pretty sure you want to get out, but something about this place also feels strangely familiar.


Malaise is a collaboration between Andrew Lester and myself. It is a visual novel about social pressure and identity. It was developed in Unity 2018 with Calligrative, a custom branching dialog engine made specifically for this project.
